▢ How long will it take to receive the products at home?

▣ It usually takes 2 to 3 and a half weeks, but if no phone number is entered (which is optional), no tracking code will be sent.

▢ Where can I place an order from?

▣ We ship all over the world with different rates, obviously in Italy shipments are more facilitated.

▢ When I receive my order, do I receive a confirmation number?

▣ As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the email entered for purchases, so as to confirm that the order has been received, and now we will proceed to ship your items.

▢ How long will it take for my items to be shipped?

▣ Shipping times depend a lot on where you are buying. Generally if you buy from Italy, they must go from 24 H to 48 H, just to ship your item, shipping times, they are specified with the tracking code and are determined by the shipping company.

▣ To pay there are multiple methods, you can perform a quick check-out, via google pay, PayPal... Or you can enter your debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard ..) to pay. Payment on delivery is not available due to logistical factors.

▢ If I enter my email address, will I sell my information?

▣ We do not sell information to our customers. The email is used to receive emails about orders and tracking, as well as to receive emails about discounts and promotional codes.
